Even with the best of intentions, problems can sometimes arise in a community or between neighbours.

We receive a number of complaints from tenants every year about their neighbours making too much noise or causing a disturbance.

Our Housing Officers will always investigate these complaints and visit both parties to try to achieve a solution to the problem.
