Making a payment to Melville has never been easier
There are more ways than ever before for current and former Melville customers to make rent and other payments.

You can pay over the internet 24 hours a day, 365 days a year using a debit card such as Switch/Maestro.
Payments are made through the allpay website which you can visit by clicking here. You can access this site from any computer, anywhere in the world.
To use allpay you'll need to have the 19 digit reference number printed on your Melville payment card. If you've only recently been issued a card then please be aware that it may take up to 48 hours from the time the card was issued before you can use this service.
There are no charges for paying on-line and the service is totally secure as it uses the latest encryption technology.
By phone
You can also make payments over the phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You'll need your 19 digit reference number and a valid debit card. Simply call: 0844 557 8321
Text message
If you would like to pay by text then you will need to register your mobile phone, the attached payment card and your debit card number with allpay by clicking here. You will then be able to text a simple code and the amount you wish to pay to 81025. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
