
Melville’s Tenancy Support service, funded by the Big Lottery, provides help and support to new Melville tenants when moving into one of our homes for the first time.
Designed to increase the success rate for new tenancies (which in 2007 stood at 75%) beyond 12 months, the service is delivered by two dedicated support workers, with strong backgrounds in providing similar services elsewhere and managed by Home Scotland, thanks to an innovative management agreement.
