With major UK Government reforms of the welfare benefits system high on the housing agenda, a recent survey of Melville tenants has shown that a huge 85% are worried about how they’ll make ends meet once the full weight of the reforms are felt.

Melville and leading property maintenance provider Malcolm Homes have teamed up for a ground-breaking partnership, offering suitably experienced Melville tenants the opportunity to work on a major kitchen replacement contract.

Malcolm Homes, the contractor carrying out the kitchen replacements, has offered to take on suitably qualified Melville tenants to work alongside their team of experienced kitchen fitters. The tenants would then be kept on as bank workers, who would be considered for future contracts.
