Melville is committed to building new homes in order to help meet the ever-growing demand for affordable housing, and we operate a busy and expanding development programme, managed by our Development Services team. Since we began building new housing in 2004 our Development team, led by Development Services Head John McLeish, has been responsible for the successful completion of over 150 homes in Midlothian.

Assisting John in the management of new developments is Neil Edgar, Development Manager and Jane Burnett, Development Officer.

Development Services reports directly to our Chief Executive, Andrew Noble.
