Chief Executive Andrew Noble heads up the Association.

Andrew's section is known as the Directorate and includes himself and his Personal Assistant.

The Chief Executive also deals with:
- Company/secretarial matters
- Committee administration
- Day-to-day governance policies

The Chief Executive reports to the Management Committee and its office bearers who have overall control of the decision making at Melville Housing.
