HR and Corporate Services is led by Helen Armour with her team of five staff. The department's main functions are dealing with:

• Customer satisfaction, including all complaints about the organisation
• Personnel matters
• General office administration, including IT systems management
• Tenant communications including website and Voice newsletter
• Media relations
