Property Services is led by Ian Slamin.

Ian's team look after Melville's properties and deliver services which include:

• Property maintenance including over 6,000 repairs each year, across our 1,830 properties
• Property strategy, delivering a £1.5 million annual planned maintenance programme
• Allocations and letting of properties

Work includes the overall planning and maintenance of the Association's housing including:

• Repairs
• Medical adaptations
• Dealing with contractors
• Supervision of maintenance contracts
