Bathroom with both a shower and bath and tiled all round. Kitchen is small but has a lovely balcony which has amazing views... great for fireworks or just sunny summer nights! Livingroom is a good size too. Flat could be moved into straight away, mostly neutral colours throughout. We don’t have any pets and keep it very clean. Flat is few minutes walk from shop, post office, barbers, chemist and primary school. 10 min walk to high school. Bus stop outside. Nice quiet flat, clean stair and good neighbours. We are a family of 5 and it does us well but we want a private garden and preferably no stairs, so would suit a family that don't mind no garden, or an older couple who want to down size and give up gardening or just simply want a flat so everything's on the one floor. |
