The vast majority of the homes we rent are social housing. This means they're available at much lower rents than you would pay to a private landlord.

Through our Ironmills subsidiary we also own a small number of mid market homes. These are more expensive than social housing but still considerably cheaper than private rents.

We also have garage plots and lock-ups across Midlothian and in Forth, South Lanarkshire.
