Happy New Year and Service Update

Happy new year from us all at Melville Housing. We're now open again after the festive holiday.
Unfortunately, due to the new lockdown in place across mainland Scotland, until further notice we will be operating a restricted service with most of our services available remotely rather than in person. Our office will also remain closed.
Our contractors will be delivering a reduced maintenance service with the focus being on urgent repairs. Please continue to report all repairs as usual, however non-urgent maintenance issues will be dealt with once restrictions ease.
All home upgrades (things like new kitchens, bathrooms and central heating systems) are suspended until further notice.
