Following changes to working practices caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and the closure of offices we would like to hear your views on how you would like us to deliver services once all lockdown restrictions end as well as how we've performed during lockdown.

We've set up a short online survey that you can access on the SurveyMonkey website. It should only take a few minutes to complete but we really want to know what you think as it will help shape the way we deliver our services in the years ahead.

In the survey we're asking for your views on things like:

• How we've performed during lockdown
• How you would like to receive services from us in future
• How often you'd like the office to be open once final restrictions are eased

Your views are crucial in how we take things forward so please take 5 minutes or so to let us know what you think.
