Repairs we Don't Do

We are responsible for most repairs to your home however we don't deal with:

• Pest control - things like insect infestations, rats, birds etc
• Door locks - including if your keys are lost or stolen
• Floor coverings - including lifting them if needed to carry out a repair
• Timber garages
• Garden sheds
• Greenhouses
• Internal decoration
• Light bulbs
• Pigeon lofts
• Upkeep of driveways
• Connecting and disconnecting appliances like washing machines and cookers
• Garden maintenance including cutting back trees and hedging

As the tenant, these are your responsibility. In most cases you are also responsible for repairs where the damage is your own fault.
