The findings of our recently completed tenant communications survey, which received a record response, are now available to download.
We had a fantastic response with 243 digital survey forms returned providing loads of good feedback for us to consider, including widespread support for the development of a mobile Melville app and 115 households requesting we stop sending them our Voice newsletter through the post resulting in potential annual savings of around £1,000.

Everyone who completed the survey was entered into a prize draw for the chance to win a £50 shopping voucher. The winner, drawn at random, was Poltonhall resident Andrew Hiddleston.
