Housing Services

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, our Housing Services team provides a number of important services to Melville customers including:

  • Estate management, covering the day-to-day management of Melville's 2,000 homes
  • Advice services for Melville tenants and their households
  • Resolving neighbour disputes
  • Ensuring that tenants can pay their rent and offering advice and assistance to those that can't
