Melville is seeking a Senior Housing Officer to join our busy Housing Services team.

Reporting to the Housing Manager, you will help deliver a professional and efficient service within a supportive and friendly working environment. In return you will benefit from a 4-day working week (Monday to Thursday), with staff working 32 hours but paid for 35. Our generous conditions of service also include hybrid working (2 days in office, 2 at home) and a career average revalued earning pension scheme.

To be successful you must have people management and housing experience, a good level of education, experience working with the public and strong written and verbal communication skills.
