Researchers working on behalf of Melville will be going door-to-door over the next couple of weeks to find out your views on our homes and services.

Beginning on Monday 21 January the researchers from Research Resource will be speaking to 320 Melville tenants as part of our comprehensive tenant satisfaction survey. Surveys, which should take between 10 and 15 minutes to complete, will mainly take place during the day but there will be some in the evening and over weekends.

The researchers will all have ID and a letter of authorisation from Melville. If you are unsure about anyone coming to your door who claims to be working for Melville, make sure you ask to see ID. If you're still unsure please phone us on 0131 654 2733.
