Katie joined Melville in 2023 as a housing assistant and spends much of her working day answering calls from tenants, helping sort out issues with rent issues, and looking into estate issues.
"I've worked in a few different sectors but always in customer-facing roles which I think gives me an understanding of how to deliver a good service. I also try to be as helpful and friendly as I can in most situations and I always myself in the shoes of tenants which is easy enough as I've been in most of these positions myself!"
